Having been closely involved in Domestic Furniture Transportation we have dealt with Stepframe Box Trailers of all Types & Sizes over many years. We have many Customers who have a requirement for shorter than Standard-Sized Stepframe Box Trailers but these rarely come available on the Used Trailer Market. Consequently we have learned to offer a Trailer Customisation Service. This involves the selection of suitable Donor Stepframe Box Trailers and Customising them to order in terms of their; Length, Height and final Customer Livery producing a New-Looking Trailer for a fraction of the cost of a New Build and a fraction of the New Build Lead Time.

Indeed a well-known X-ray Artist required a Short Mobile X-ray/Photo Processing Facility to attend City-Based Museums. We supplied a suitable 13.6Mtr Stepframe Box Trailer; Shortened it to 10Mtrs, Added a Side Loading/Access Door and an X-ray Photography Compartment complete with an internal Lead-Filled full-height Sliding Access/Safety Door and the Front Target Wall we lined with 25mm Interlocking Lead Bricks together with Lead Lined; Floor, Roof and Side & Rear Walls. The Roof was insulated internally to prevent condensation dripping onto expensive X-ray & Photo Developing Equipment.
